To be frank, if you can’t be depended upon, your team can’t be relied on to be committed if you truly need them.
Feedback is essential: Feedback should be a two-way process. Talent management skills mean being open to all feedback. If you are able to demonstrate that you are approachable and receptive, you prove that your co-worker’s opinions count, and they should listen to yours.
